Meet Tasha Cox
Tasha Cox's journey reflects what can happen when talented colleagues are supported, encouraged, and given opportunities to grow.
When ArchWell Health opened its first Birmingham centers in 2021, Tasha joined the team as a Care Coordinator. Like many early colleagues, she helped build processes, support members, and shape the experience that defines ArchWell Health today. What stood out most to her was the collaborative culture and shared commitment to serving older adults.
As the organization expanded, Tasha's career evolved alongside it. She advanced from Care Coordinator to Member Experience Manager, then Membership Consultant, where she discovered a passion for helping more seniors access quality care. Later, she joined the Market Enablement team, supporting new center launches and partnering with colleagues across the country. Today, she serves as Market Growth Manager for the Birmingham and Montgomery markets.
Building a Career with Purpose
Throughout every role, Tasha gained new skills, took on new challenges, and received support from leaders who encouraged her development and recognized her potential. Her story highlights the opportunities available to colleagues who are eager to learn, build relationships, and make an impact.
