We use Kudos, a peer-to-peer recognition platform where any colleague can thank any other, from our centers nationwide to our support teams. Every month, each colleague receives points to send recognition, and every Kudos post is tied to one of our ArchWell Health values. Our values show up in real actions, not just on a wall.

Our approach has earned national attention. In 2026, Kudos won a Silver Award for Best Employee Recognition Program in the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, an independent program that evaluates measurable business impact. That followed our 2025 recognition as a Culture Leader in the Kudos Best Culture Awards, which came within about a year of launching the platform.
Since adopting Kudos, our colleagues have sent almost 40,000 messages of recognition that included over 8 million points! Points can be redeemed for gift cards, ArchWell Health swag, charitable donations, or items from an online marketplace. But the part colleagues tell us they value most is simple: someone noticed.
